Each month, we invite professional nurses to the club to offer:

- Blood sugar level monitoring
These screenings are free and open to all members—no appointment needed. It’s a simple way to stay on top of your health and catch potential issues early.
🦶 Footcare Program
Our footcare program is one of the most popular services we offer. With two certified footcare professionals available four to five days each month, members receive:
- Nail and skin care
- Preventative treatments
- Personalized foot health support

We regularly provide helpful items and educational materials to support your well-being:

🚐 Community Health Transportation Program
In partnership with the Town of Terrace Bay, we offer door-to-door transportation to health care appointments for residents of:
